Details of how it works


1. Read and agree to the Contract and Conditions.

2. Apply from the page after the Contract and Conditions page.
-  Please make sure you register your e-mail address.
-  You will receive an e-mail from E&E after you have applied. Please ensure that your web-cam and
  messenger connection are set up and working properly.


3. Have an Interview and Interview-lesson.
- Have an interview with E&E staff. Please prepare any questions that you may have.
- The interview-lesson is a 30 minute class (unpaid) with an E&E Japanese student so that we can assess your teaching skill, student support and suitability to online teaching. We will add you as a temporary E&E teacher to the Automatic Reservation System in order to arrange the Interview Lesson. Further information about this is sent to you via e-mail before the lesson. Please fill in the class report sheet and send it to us directly after your class.

4. Wait for our response.
We will send you an e-mail to let you know the result of the interview procedure. If successful the following will happen:

5. We will add you as an E&E teacher to the Automatic Reservation system.
-  We will send you an e-mail, including your login details, about how to use the system.
-  Please fill in your schedule details. Students will then be able to reserve lessons directly with you.
-  After receiving a reservation request, please confirm or deny the request as soon as possible.

6. Start teaching classes
-  On the day of the lesson please login to the relevant eeteacher address and teach your class.
-  Directly after the lesson fill in the class report sheet for the class and also your personal Lesson Record Sheet
  which you need to send to us on the 25th of every month to confirm the lessons you have taught.

6. Receive salary.
- On receiving your lesson record sheet we will double check the details and remit your pay. Please read the
  Contract and Conditions for further details.
