Please go to the page 　http://www.skype.com/products/skype/windows/ and click 'Download Skype'

Please click 'Download'.

Please click ‘Run’.

When the download has finished, the Skype Setup Wizard will appear and guide you through the rest of the installation.

Please Click 'Sign in' after filling in 'Skype Name' and 'Password' *** Please uncheck 'Sign me in when Skype starts' and 'Start Skype when the computer starts'.

This is the window you will see when you have signed in.

If your settings cause you to be signed in automatically when you start Skype, you might have been signed in with another Skype name (like a previous teaching account). If this happens: Please sign out once from the option 'File'-'Sign out' which is at the top of the window or alternatively you can right click on the icon at the right side of the bottom of your computer.

For setting of webcam, please choose 'Tool'-'Options'

please click 'Video' and check 'Enable Skype Video' and 'Start my video automatically'

You can use text chat from the option shown here. Please right click on the online member, and choose 'Start Chat...'

You can invite a member to do audio and video online. To do this please double click on the member or click the green icon at the bottom. ***In the case of not seeing the student online, please invite the student anyway because sometimes Skype shows a contact as offline on the main window even if the student is really online.

***If you cannot see yourself in the window, please start your video from the options 'Call'-'Video'-'Start My Webcam' at the top of the window or click 'Start My Video'
