| Q1. What is the online teaching course? |
It is a training course that will teach you how to teach English effectively in a one-on-one online environment.

| Q2. What kind of teachers are taking this course? |
| All kinds of teachers are taking this course, including teachers with a
lot of classroom experience who are unsure how to teach in this new environment
and who want to gain extra skills to enable them to teach to the best of
their abilities online. |
| Q3. What should I prepare for this course? |
| You don't need to prepare anything except your computer. You need a broadband
internet connection and a webcam only. |
| Q4. I don't have TEFL/TESOL certificate, but can I still take this? |
| You can still take this course, however, we may not be able to offer you
regular employment for scheduled lessons without a TEFL course. |
| Q5. Do I have to pay international phone calls? |
| No, because it is online all you need to pay is your regular monthly internet
connection bill. |

| Q6. Do I have to buy web-cam? |
| Yes, to take this course or teach with us you need a web-cam. |
| Q7. I have a Macintosh, Can I take this course? |
| At present it is not possible for Macintosh users to take our course or
teach with us. |
| Q8. I don't have an internet connection, can I take this course? |
Unfortunatley not, to take this course you need to have access to a high
speed internet connection.

| Q9. Do I have to get computer ready by myself? |
| Yes, but we are on-hand for support, and before taking the course we will
do a connection check with you to make sure there are no connection problems.
If there are problems we will help you as much as we can to help you solve
the problem. |
| Q10. After I apply, what should I do? |
| Please wait to hear from us, we will contact you via e-mail shortly after
you apply. |

| Q11. When should I schedule the date for this course? |
| Basically we will try and accomodate your needs and your schedule. So after
application we will discuss with you what days you want to take the course
and what time's and if it is possible we will schedule those times with
you. However, if it is not possible we will liase with you to set up another
schedule. |
| Q12. If I want to cancel the class, what should I do? |
| Please let us know at least 2 days before if you need to cancel, and we
will then reschedule another time for the class with you. |
| Q13. How can I send the course fee to E&E. |
| Please send us the fee via Paypal to eepayment@englisheverywhere.com |
| Q14. Is this course fee refundable? |
| lf you cancel before taking any of the classes then the course is fully
refundable, however, if you take some of the classes with us the remaining
classes are not refundable. |
