For example, student1 and teacher1 are online and maybe they are messaging each other so please log in either eetacher2 or eeteacher3 and wait for that student message you. When you log in teacher account, please choose 'Tool'-'Options' Please add your name after 'Jump in teacher' Example, Jump in teacher1-Kerry *This is important thing for student so please do. When a student requests a lesson with you they should include their name/ID number so that you can check the students profile on the bulletin board if you want to. If they don't tell you their name please ask them when you start. If you want to check the students level and history before the class please ask the student to wait a couple of minutes and visit the E&E bulletin board to see the student's profile. If you don't know the students name/ID and if you don't fill in the class report we will not be able to recognise that you had the lesson, and in the worst case we might not be able to count that lesson and pay you accordingly because the students may not keep a record of the classes they took and who they took them with. So please be careful to get their details and fill in the class report.
