Step 1: Test your connection

- After your receive an e-mail from us about your application you will need
to contact us online to test your picture and sound quality of messenger.
We will send you details of how to contact us in the e-mail.

Please note that we require prospective teachers to check their e-mails
regularly and reply to us promptly. If we don't hear from you after sending
you the e-mail detailing the connection test we will not proceed to the
interview.

Step 2: Have an Interview
|
- After checking your connection you will receive an e-mail from an E&E
interviewer with regards to time and date of your interview. Please prepare any questions that you may have for your interviewer. If your interview goes well we will ask you to proceed to the interview-lesson.

Step 3: Have an Interview-lesson.
|
- The interview-lesson is a 30 minute class (unpaid) with an E&E Japanese
student so that we can assess your teaching skill, student support and
suitability to online teaching.
- We will add you as a temporary teacher to the Automatic Reservation System
in order to arrange the Interview Lesson. Further information about this
is sent to you via e-mail before the lesson. Please make sure you read the information in the e-mail carefully and follow
the instructions that are mentioned in the e-mail. It is very important that you follow the procedure for it to run smoothly
for you, E&E Administration and also our students.
- Please make sure you fill in the class report sheet and send it to us directly
after your Interview Lesson.
- We will contact you shortly after to let you know whether your interview
process has been successful.

| Step 4: Wait for our response. |
We will send you an e-mail to let you know the result of the interview procedure.

Please do not accept any student reservations that you may receive (other
than the one for the interview lesson) until after you have confirmation
that you have passed the interview process. Thank you.

| If you are accepted to work for E&E the following will happen: |
|
- We will add you as a regular E&E teacher to the Automatic Reservation
system.
- We will send you an e-mail about the system, including your login details.
- Please fill in your
schedule details. Students will then be able to reserve lessons directly with
you.
- After receiving a reservation request, please confirm or deny the
request as soon as possible.
- Start teaching classes
- On the day of the lesson please login to the
relevant eeteacher address and teach your class.
- Directly after the lesson fill in the class report sheet for the class
(If a student cancels or doesn't show up please also fill in a class report sheet reflecting this).
- Receive salary.
- On receiving an e-mail from you that you have completed all your class
reports up to, and including the 25th of the month, we will double check
the details and remit your pay. Please read the Contract and Conditions for further details.
