These are the EnglishEverywhere regulations when you take lessons.

EnglishEverywhere Regulations
1. Contract
Our contract will start when EnglishEverywhere receives your course payment.
2. Cancelation
We will pay you back within 8days from the day we received your payment.
After 9days we will pay you following regulation3.
3. Allowance
For the course of 50 or 100 lessons.
We will subtract 10,000 Japanese Yen for our process commission and pay
you back
50% of the rest of the lessons that you haven't taken yet.

**There is no refunded payment for the 15 or 30 lessons course.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling of classes
Please cancel 24 hours before the lesson from the lesson request page.
Once your cancellation has been accepted, we will not subtract that class
from the number of your lessons.
If you don't cancel the lesson, we will deduct the lesson you requested.
5. Internet connection
We will test the connection through the trial lesson.
Once we make sure of the connection, please do not change your settings.
We will support you but we cannot gurantee that you can always connect
smoothly.
6. Right to use for lessons
We only allow the person who made the contract with EnglishEverywhere
to take classes.
If we find out that someone else has been using your classes without any
prior permission from EnglishEverywere, EnglishEverywhere has all rights
to finish the contract.
7. Lesson time-limit
If the student does not take any lessons for 6months without prior notice
to E&E,
the remaining lessons will expire and be void.
8. Right to finish course.
If the student acts in a way which is not relevant to learning English
and if
EnglishEverywhere warns the student continuously EnglishEverywhere has
the right to finish the course without refunding any lesson fees.
